Snack: Pickle: 20 Calories

Lunch: Cliff Bar: 250 calories

Dinner: Squash and 1/2 potato and edamame: 300 calories

Snack:2 tbsp Almond Butter/8 mini Rice cakes/1 cup Chocolate Soy Milk:350

Total:960

Exercise:-200

Total for the day: 760

A little higher than I wanted BUT I was really hungry today :/

If I hadnt had that last snack I’d be at 400! :] Oh well.. I blame it on my period.
